There is no minimum order on custom team gear at Delfina Athletics. Order one suit or two hundred. A fifteen-athlete coaching program gets the same custom design, the same fabric, and the same attention as a club four times the size.

FREE DESIGN
Custom design is free, including revisions, with no setup or screen charges. Send us your logo and a rough idea of what you want. Our designers build the first concept, we adjust until it is right, and nothing goes to production until you approve it.

Every team gets its own online store, so each athlete orders their own size, pays for their own gear, and has it shipped to their address. No collecting checks. No chasing sizes. No sorting a box on the pool deck before the first meet.

Is there a minimum order for custom team gear?
No. There is no minimum order for custom team gear at Delfina Athletics. A single athlete can order, and so can a full club. Every team gets the same custom design, the same fabric, and the same attention regardless of size.
Do you charge for custom design work?
Custom design is free on swim and lifesaving team orders, including revisions, with no setup or screen charges. Triathlon and cycling orders under five pieces carry a one-time $175 design fee, and pieces mix and match toward the five. Above five pieces, design is free across all sports.
How do athletes order and pay for their own team gear?
Each team gets its own online store. Athletes order their own size and pay for their own gear, and it ships to their address. If you would rather receive the full order in one delivery, we can do that instead. No collecting checks, no chasing sizes.
How long does custom team gear take to produce?
Most custom swim gear and apparel takes about four weeks from design approval to delivery. Technical items run closer to six weeks. Timelines shift with the season, so tell us your first meet or race date when you inquire and we will confirm what is realistic before you order. Rush timelines are sometimes possible depending on the product and the time of year.
Do you deliver in bulk?
Yes. You can have the full team order shipped to you in one delivery, or have each athlete's order shipped to their own address. You choose per order, and you can switch between the two from one season to the next.
Do you work with school districts?
Yes. Delfina Athletics works with school districts, and we already supply gear to several. We can work within district purchasing requirements, and we handle team stores for individual programs within a district as easily as we handle a district-wide order.
Do you deliver outside of the U.S.?
Yes. Delfina Athletics ships worldwide, and has served athletes in 75 countries. If your program has athletes in Europe, Asia, or anywhere else, they can order through your team store and have gear delivered to their own address, so a coach with athletes on two continents places one order.
Can we reorder mid-season for late signups?
Yes. Your team store can reopen during the season, so an athlete who joins later orders the same suit as everyone else. Your design stays on file, so there is no new setup and no redesign. Reorders generally follow the same production timeline as the original order.
